Bret Page graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Architecture from North Carolina State University in 1994. Since then, he has had the opportunity to work in 5 award winning architectural firms including Cherry Huffman Architects (Raleigh) and Baskervill and Sons (the oldest architecture firm in Richmond, Virginia.) This experience has allowed Bret to develop a diverse architectural palate, becoming project architect on projects ranging from a six-story office building in Durham (construction phase services), several schools, a two story softball scorer's pavilion, grocery stores, a coffee shop, several restaurants, and an art studio for Cary Academy.
Bret has also had the opportunity to work on such projects as a two story sporting facility for a prestigious Country Club in West Virginia, 2 award-winning church buildings, and the award winning NCSU Arboretum. In April of 2001, Bret started his own architecture firm in Raleigh. His office is located in Historic City Market. Bret Page Architecture was born out of Bret’s passion for older residential projects in Hayes Barton, Five Points, and other historic neighborhoods in the area. Bret developed a love for older buildings in general, and he has begun to take on large interior projects in "turn of the century" downtown buildings, such as Yancy's!, in the original Hudson Belk building on Fayetteville Street - Raleigh's exciting new landmark.
